Our production process involves several stages:

Consultation: We start with an optional consultation call to discuss your vision, goals, and requirements.
Deposit: Upon deciding to work with us, a non-refundable deposit is required to secure your session or event slot.
Discovery Call: We conduct a detailed discovery call, prior to our content session, to review and refine your vision, ensuring we're aligned on the creative direction.
Content Creation: We proceed with the content session, whether it's a photoshoot, video shoot, music recording, or film production.
Editing and Review: After capturing the content, our team edits and perfects the content to meet the promised creative standards.

What is included in the package or service I've purchased?

The specifics of each package or service may vary depending on your project's scope and your unique requirements. You can see our standard booking packages and inclusions on our "Bookings" page. We will provide you with a detailed breakdown of what is included in your chosen package during the consultation and discovery call.

Do you provide venue options for content creation?

Accepted Answer

We work with our clients to find the perfect venue to create photography, videography or music content.

For photography, we will discuss your vision for your shoot. If you need a studio to complete your vision, please choose the "Photography Content with Studio" booking option. If a studio is required, an additional cost will be included in the package. Whether you prefer a studio setting, an outdoor location, or a specific backdrop, we can discuss and arrange the ideal venue that aligns with your vision.

For videography, the same options apply. For commercials, short films, and movies, we understand multiple venues may be required and we will discuss the storyboard during the consultation and discovery calls.

For music recording, our studio fee is included in the cost. Please choose the "Music Production with Studio" booking option. If you only need production (previously recorded audio), please choose the "Music Editing, Mixing and Mastering" booking option.

Can I request equipment upgrades for my project?

Absolutely! We understand that each project may have unique equipment needs. If you require specialized or upgraded equipment for your photography, videography, or music production, please let us know during the consultation. An example of additional equipment that may be required is extra lighting and lenses for indoor spaces with less light or space available. We can discuss the options available to enhance the quality of your project.

Can I request additional services or make changes during the production process?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we are open to accommodating changes and additional services when feasible. We value clear communication, so if you have any adjustments or new ideas during the production process, please discuss them with our team. It would be ideal to discuss all ideas during the consultation call or during the discovery call. Additional charges may apply for substantial changes. Last minute changes may result in additional fees, as well.
